Interviewing artists

Most art podcasts revolve around interviewing artists and there are some top notch ones. Bob Chaundy’s Considering Art is a well researched podcast where he focuses on some great mid-career artists, while Ministry of Arts has a mix of emerging and established artists - plus host Gary Mansfield has an amazing story of turning from criminal to artist after discovering art in prison.

Katy Hessel
’s The Great Women Artists where she interviews exclusively female artists, or for those who are no longer alive, an expert on that artist. Its friendly rival is Talk Art, fronted by actor Russell Tovey and Robert Diament, also featuring relaxed chats with (primarily) artists.
